ATTENDANCE AT EVERY LESSON IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!

BE CONSISTENT & BE ON TIME!

We do not want students to fall behind on instruction & become frustrated.

Weekly Attendance Slips must be completed by each student attending class each week!  They are located on the Attendance Table at your class.

Mark the appropriate box for payment.  Staple the payment to the back of the Attendance Slip & turn in to your Instructor.  Any payment you make must have an Attendance Slip complete with students 1st & last name.  

       PLEASE HAVE EXACT CHANGE EACH WEEK!
